What is single source of truth?

The practice of stating each fact in exactly one place and referencing it everywhere else, so there is never a question of which copy is current.

Why single source of truth matters

It is the only durable defence against staleness. If a number lives in three pages, updating it means finding all three, and eventually somebody will not — at which point every reader has to guess which page is right, and the wiki's credibility is gone for good.

How Flocci Library handles it

Reference pages with @mention chips instead of copying their content. The chip re-resolves the live title, and the source page's Links panel becomes an automatic list of everything to review whenever that fact changes.

Flocci Library is a team wiki and knowledge base: spaces, nested page trees, a 16-block slash editor with tables and charts, @mention backlinks, threaded comments, AI drafting, public share links and org workspaces — one Flocci login across 30+ apps, priced in INR.
