What is public share link?

A read-only URL that exposes one page or subtree to anyone who has it, with no account required. It is the difference between documentation your collaborators can read and documentation you have to export into a PDF.

Why public share link matters

Most wikis charge per user, so letting a client, contractor or candidate read one page means buying them a seat or emailing a stale attachment. Read-access pricing quietly shapes how much knowledge a company is willing to share at all.

How Flocci Library handles it

Any page or subtree publishes at a read-only URL that needs no login and consumes no seat. The link can be disabled, or its token rotated to invalidate the old URL, and private grant-based sharing to named viewers or editors is a separate mechanism.

Flocci Library is a team wiki and knowledge base: spaces, nested page trees, a 16-block slash editor with tables and charts, @mention backlinks, threaded comments, AI drafting, public share links and org workspaces — one Flocci login across 30+ apps, priced in INR.
