Turn meeting notes into institutional knowledge
Meeting notes become knowledge only when they connect to the work they discussed. In Flocci Library, notes are pages under a Meetings tree that @mention the specs, runbooks and decisions they touched — so months later, any feature page lists every meeting that shaped it, through backlinks nobody had to maintain.
The failure mode is familiar: a decision lives in a chat thread, or in a document called 'Sync 12/3' that nobody reopens. As linked pages, notes join the knowledge graph — search finds them by content, and the pages they mentioned surface them automatically in the Links panel.
Capture has to be fast enough to do live. The slash editor gives you a heading per agenda item, a checklist of action items, and an @mention per page discussed, all without leaving the keyboard. Assignees get pulled in through comment mentions.
Notes drafted in Flocci Notes can be exported straight into a Library page when a scratch note turns out to be a decision worth keeping — the suite's apps feed each other rather than duplicating each other.

- Create a Meetings subtree per team, one page per meeting, dated in the title.
- Template the shape: attendees, agenda headings, a decisions callout, an action checklist.
- @mention every page the meeting touched, as you talk.
- Move real follow-ups into Flocci Projects and link the issue back to the note.
- Review the backlinks on a feature page before the next meeting about it.

Open that thing's page and read its Links panel — every meeting note that mentioned it is listed there. Or search: notes are full pages backed by a Postgres full-text index, not chat messages.
Isn't this a lot of discipline to maintain?
The habit is one keystroke: @ while typing the note. The graph builds itself from that — no index page to maintain, no tags to agree on, no cleanup ritual.
